Oops! Beksinski and El Coro

I had the picture you see above up as a headliner for the Beksinski article for several days. This bio-mechanical fiend being worshipped did NOT originate from the mind of Beksinski, so consider this an apologetic retraction and you will find a real work by Beksinski in the appropriate article now.

The fact that it isn't Beksinski's does nothing to diminish his stature as an artist. It does, however, elevate the artist it does originate from, at least in my mind. It is a product of El Coro, who has an internet art gallery on his website here. El Coro is a great dark artist in his own right, and you won't regret taking a few moments to explore his online gallery. It seems the above image is actually one of a series of bio-mechanical monstrosities interacting with humans. Very, very interesting!
