A trailer has surfaced on Youtube highlighting the upcoming "30 Days of Night" film, based on the comic series of the same name. It details the attempts of survivors in a town above the arctic circle (which experiences thirty days of night) to survive a hellish invasion by hordes of vampires. I admit to not yet reading the comics, but the film may be just the thing to revive the cinematic vampire, so long as it doesn't degenerate into a mere action flick.
