Rudimentary Peni's Lovecraft Pieces

Rudimentary Peni's audio work "Twitch" and "Imps of the Perverse" isn't quite what I'd call music. Personal preferences aside, there's something clever about a bitter monologue summarizing H.P. Lovecraft's life. A couple listenings might be in order, however, as every line pops out like a gattling gun. Luckily, the lyrics are shown for the pseudo-musical diatribe on Lovecraft's living, followed by a collage of classic images of the writer, his letters, and "Weird Tales" nostalgia. Many of these particular pictures appeared in October, 1979, in "Heavy Metal." This issue, dedicated to Lovecraft and bearing some excellent art melding the man with his stories, is now legendary in collector's circles.
